I had never heard of Lakeland North before, but when I saw pictures of the place online, I knew I had to go. The remote location (a four-hour drive from Seattle) and limited cell service didn't deter me; I was ready for an adventure. And boy, was it worth it. The first thing that struck me about Lakeland North was the sheer size. At nearly 200 acres, it's one of the largest lakes in Washington State. The second thing was the amazing views.
